Rescheduling through the app is nice and easy, just follow the steps below:
- From the home screen, tap on the washing machine icon in the top right to access your orders
- Pick the order you’d like to reschedule, whether it’s at the collection stage or the delivery stage
- Tap ‘edit’ next to the time/date and select a time that’s better suited
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Amend Order'

The availability of appointment slots is set according to demand in each area, so we do review this on a regular basis. Time slots are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so some slots may be unavailable due to high demand.
Please note, rescheduling within four hours of your original timeslot will incur a £10 fee.
A £10 fee will also be incurred if we arrive at the provided address but can’t reach anyone at the property, meaning we can’t collect or deliver. The agent will take a photo of the front door/building along with a screenshot of the call attempts made to you. These can be provided to you, upon request.
