Oh dear! Payment failure can happen for a variety of reasons. It may just be that your card has expired or something similar so we ask you to go onto the app in order to update your payment details.
Once your payment details are updated, our system will automatically try to take any outstanding payments.
You will receive another email if this fails in which case we would ask you to contact our Customer Care team via live chat or by emailing email@example.com
If a payment fails, the system will try to take payment again at regular intervals, up to and including when the driver starts your delivery. If successful payment has not been taken by that point, the delivery will automatically be failed until payment is made.
