- Go to your active orders list (the washing machine in the top right corner of the app) and select the order you want to cancel.
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and hit ‘cancel’ and confirm.
Please note, cancellation within four hours of your collection slot will incur a £6 fee.
