What information do I need to send across to be able to set up a corporate account with Laundrapp?
All we need is the email addresses and mobile numbers of the employees at your business along with the accounts departments contact details.
Does the company have to pay for all orders when setting up a corporate account?
Of course not, you can choose how payment is taken, via the app at point of delivery or via invoice at the end of each month.
We have two offices, can we have two separate collections but have both on one account?
No problem, simply book the collections in separately via the app or web, let us know you would like both offices on the same account and leave the rest to us.
Do employees have to have their dry cleaning collected from the office? Can they use Laundrapp at home?
They can indeed, they simply need to put in their home address rather than the office address when placing their order.
