Your clothes are in safe hands and incidents of damage are extremely rare – but we understand it’s a natural point of concern.
In the (very, very) rare event your item is damaged, we have will start an investigation to find out what happened. Please do email email@example.com or contact us on Live Chat to report the issue, with further details and pictures.
Please note that we would require customers to get in contact with us within one week from the delivery date to carry out a full inspection.
We will need to arrange a collection for this so it can be inspected at our facility by one of our specialists. Once the item(s) have been collected and inspected, we will provide a report from the investigation.
If we are found liable, we’ll reimburse you in accordance with our compensation policy. Please refer to the T&Cs for more details.
