How should I prepare my Wash, Tumble Dry and Fold?
No need to separate darks and lights – simply bundle your general laundry in one pile/bag, making sure it’s separated from any items you want dry cleaned or washed and ironed. The driver will bring 2 bags: black for items which should be dry cleaned or washed & ironed, this also includes towels and bedding, and; blue bags for Wash, Tumble Dry and Fold items.

At our facilities, we’ll wash your items at 30 degrees, and tumble dry at a medium temperature. Your clothes are then folded, grouped back together, and slipped into a fresh bag.
What clothes can be sent for a Wash, Tumble Dry and Fold?
Casual laundry including underwear, PJ’s and gym gear – given their care label allows them to be washed at 30 degrees – are available for Wash Tumble Dry and Fold. Please be thorough before giving us your garments, as Laundapp can’t be liable in the rare instance of damage to an unsuitable item.
Why can't I include bedding and towels in my Wash, Tumble Dry and Fold?
Bedding and towels are typically washed at higher temperatures than general laundry to make them extra soft. Also, if these items were bunched into a Wash and Fold, it would diminish the overall quality of cleaning. For more information, please see this article: How do you wash bedding and towels?
